Chautauqua at 150: Wynton Marsalis’ All Rise
Directed, executive produced, and oversaw production of this inspiring PBS documentary that celebrates the 150th Anniversary of Chautauqua Institution and explores the evolution of American democracy through the powerful stories that have unfolded there. Anchored by a performance of Wynton Marsalis’ symphonic masterpiece All Rise, it features appearances by Wynton Marsalis, Kathryn Hahn, Lewis Black, Denyce Graves Montgomery, Misty Copeland, Otis Moss III, Kwame Alexander, and many more.
Afrofuturism: A History of Black Futures
Executive produced and oversaw the design and production of the films and media exhibits in The Smithsonian National Museum of African American History & Culture (NMAAHC) exhibition Afrofuturism: A History of Black Futures, allowing visitors to further expand their view of Black identity by exploring the work of African American artists, thought leaders and intellectuals who use technology, science fiction, space and heroic characters to envision futures of Black resistance and liberation.

Style Gods
Directed and produced an original documentary on the pioneers and icons of fashion and style which premiered on BET and streams on Paramount platforms. The 2-hour program was executive produced by Oscar®-nominated and Emmy® award-winning producer and director Stanley Nelson and Firelight Films.
Daymond John: Founding FUBU
Story produced and directed entrepreneur, author, and star of ABC’s Shark Tank Daymond John in his memoir about the hip-hop community in the 90’s and how his passion for rap culture led he and three of his childhood friends to start the iconic fashion label FUBU. Founding FUBU is the story of how they grew it into a six-billion-dollar brand that dressed everyone from LL Cool J to NSYNC and became a cultural movement and a symbol of empowerment that endures today.
Reclaiming History: Our Native Daughters
Executive produced and oversaw production of this award-winning documentary film which follows the tour and creative journey of one of today’s international folk superstars—Grammy Award-winner Rhiannon Giddens, and fellow members of the group Our Native Daughters – renowned musicians Amythyst Kiah, Leyla McCalla and Allison Russell, on their extraordinary inaugural tour, as they rewrite the revisionist history of American banjo music, tackling issues of gender, race and the legacy of slavery as never before.
Color Of Change
Oversaw the creative direction and production of podcasts and videos for multiple initiatives for this leading online social justice organization, including #TellBlackStories, #VotingWhileBlack, #TheBlackResponse (to COVID-19) and #OurCount. The content features celebrities, politicians and thought leaders such as John Legend, Lena Waithe, Michael B. Jordan, Bernie Sanders, Corey Booker, Kamala Harris, Elizabeth Warren, Taraji P. Henson, April Reign and many more, covering issues including black Hollywood, voting rights, the census and criminal justice.

Executive produced and directed this dynamic television series, hosted by comedian Chris Spencer, which brought viewers inside the professional and personal lives of leading African American figures in film, television, sports, and the arts, such as Tracee Ellis Ross, Magic Johnson, Regina Hall, Lil Rel and director Malcolm D. Executive Produced, directed and oversaw production of 15 large format films and linear media exhibits on display in the Sports, Musical Crossroads, Power of Place and Taking the Stage permanent galleries of the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History & Culture in Washington, DC.

Executive produced and oversaw production of the live event and televised special Steve Harvey: Act Like A Success, Think Like A Success at the Millennium Theater in Chicago, IL. The event featured TV Host, Author and Comedian Steve Harvey performing a one-man show based on his best-selling book of the same name.
